Fatoki Wale CEO, TSL Logistics
Mr. Wale Fatoki is a graduate of Statistics from the University of Ibadan. Upon graduation, he worked with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (now Exxon Mobil).
In 1997 he joined a thriving merchant bank, MBC International Bank where he was mandated to structure and develop the bank’s Human Resources department.
In August 1999, he joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) with the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the Lagos office Human Resources operations with respect to 13 countries of the region (CEEMEAI – Central & East European countries, Middle East, Africa and India) and global operations.
In May 2006, Mr. Fatoki was appointed the Head, Customer Services and Logistics of Oando Plc. during which he acquired vast management experience and understanding of terminal/depot operations and Supply Chain Management.
He is an alumnus of the Stanford University, Graduate School of Business Executive Education.

Graduate of Banking & Finance from Ogun State University.
Work experience includes working in the Trading/Shipping operations department of these companies: Petroleum brokers Ltd and Aquitane Oil & Gas Ltd.
Presently the Head of Trading Department in TSL Logistics Ltd which involves the trading of refined petroleum products. PMS, DPK, AGO, LPFO etc.
Major activity includes PMS import under the PPPRA PSF scheme and also DPK coastal allocations from PPMC under the Bulk Purchase Agreement.

Orumor Lanye Head, Legal
Lanye was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 2003.
She began her legal profession with a brief stint in the firm of Babalakin & Co., Legal Practitioners; before proceeding to the firm of Ajumogobia & Okeke, Barrister & Solicitors, where she was exposed to a wide range of corporate, commercial and investment legal advisory for major multinational and indigenous companies.
She has garnered over 12 years experience in Corporate/Commercial Law Practice and the Head, Legal, TSL Logistics Limited where she is primarily responsible for Legal Advisory and Company Secretarial Services.

Seun Oladipupo Head, HSSEQ Strategy
Seun is an HSSEQ Professional with over 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining TSL Logistics in 2020, he had worked on several EPCIC projects in various capacities as QAQC Inspector, Site HSE Coordinator, Compliance Officer etc. He is responsible for the quality management as well as the HSE management of the company.
He has diversified experience in various fields of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, HSE Management, Technical HSE Workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, BowTie etc), Engineering, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance.
’Seun has a Bachelor’s degree in geophysics and a Master’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment from the University of Salford, Greater Manchester. He is a Certified Lead Auditor in the following Management Systems ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Professional, he has a distinction in Nebosh IGC. He is a member of Institution of Occupational Safety Health (IOSH).

Joke is a Strategy Expert and Business Transformation Professional with over 17 years of experience, several of them spent in management positions spanning project planning, business strategy, project management, process development as well as corporate leadership.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos and an MBA from China-Europe International Business School. She participated in the Accelerated Development Programme (ADP) at The London Business School and has an advanced diploma in Business Analysis from the BCS.
She has over the years worked in various roles including Head, Corporate Planning, Strategy and Performance Management at Ikeja Electric as well as Senior Strategy Analyst at Sahara Group.
She equally held positions in business growth (Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Petroleum Product trading, Trade Finance) and strategy leadership both within and outside Nigeria.
She led the team charged with developing global solutions to expand sales channels through customized technology in other to solve some of the energy industry’s logistics problems.

Yinka has over 19 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations management. Over the years, he has garnered expertise in terminal operations, petroleum products handling, vessel receipts, oil cargo calculations, host community liaison, negotiations and conflict resolution.
As Terminal Operations Manager (TOM) of the company’s flagship – Port Harcourt Terminal, he is responsible for the efficient running of the terminal’s daily operations thereby guaranteeing clients’ satisfaction and maintaining cordial relationships with the host community and various government agencies.
He is an alumnus of Metropolitan School of Business UK, where he holds an Exec. Masters in Operations Management. He is also a certified Supply Chain Analyst and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional.

Hadiza Bijimi Head, Client Management
Hadiza Bijimi has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Finance and has spent the last 8 years entrenched in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
Hadiza has a degree in Economics from the University of Hertfordshire and a Masters in Investment Management from Coventry University. With various courses attended over the years she has been able to shape some of her core competencies to Regulatory Compliance, Relationship Management, Operations and EHSSQ.
She currently oversees the management and operations of the Client Management team to ensure that the expectations of all stakeholders, both internal and external are kept to a high standard for optimal operating output for the company.

Ifiok Ezenwa Head, Corporate Services
As Head of Corporate Services for TSL Logistics, Ifiok has the responsibility for defining and driving the HR strategy and the delivery of facility services, policies, and programs across the business.
Ifiok has about 15 years’ experience in the human resources function across different sectors. Before joining TSL Logistics, she was the Head of HR & Transformation for Phillips Consulting, Shared Services Manager and Head of Outsourcing for Kimberly Ryan, with P& L responsibilities across Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.
She holds a first degree in Math & Statistics from the University of Lagos Nigeria and an MBA from Lagos Business School. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a Certified Prince2 Practitioner. She is also a certified PPA and HPTi practitioner from Thomas International
Ifiok has experiences working in key leadership roles in the areas of HR Transformation and Change Management, Business Process improvement, Performance Management and Leadership Development. In addition, she is a skilled trainer of courses in leadership, Human Resources, Business Management and Project Management. She is an experienced Project Manager and has overseen different Business transformation initiatives and been involved in capacity building projects in the International Development Space.

Harald Van Hoeken Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Harald van Hoeken, a Dutch national and a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology where in 1993 he obtained degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Ocean Engineering, Cum Laude.
With a career working in oil exploration projects offshore, he arrived in Nigeria in 1997 and has since spent over 20 years working in Africa on oil and gas projects that range from upstream, midstream and downstream with additional experiences in mining, telecoms, agriculture and infrastructure.
He is an experienced and driven oil & gas, renewable energy and power industry professional with expertise in developing and operating new ventures in complex multi-cultural environments. He is skilled in operational excellence, attracting investment capital and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders. He is instrumental in identifying business growth and investment opportunities to achieve business and financial objectives.
Mr. Harald van Hoeken joined the TSL Family in late-2022 as Chief Investment Officer where he leads the Strategic Business Management Team. As well as working on the short, medium and long-term corporate strategies, the team is the anchor in deal origination, articulation, execution and handover to operations.

Adewale (Wale for short) is a finance leader with over 20+ years of finance experience spanning several sectors of Consulting, FMCG, Aviation and Oil & Gas (Upstream / Downstream) industries.
His varied experiences includes, but not limited to, all aspects of Accounting, Audit & Controls, Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting, Strategic Business Support / Advisory, Projects & Tax Management and Corporate Governance of which he had played vital roles in entities like Puma Energy and Sahara Group to name but a few. He has also held several board positions wherein he exhibits his passion in assisting businesses drive corporate growth and profitability whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Wale is an Exec. Masters in Finance alumnus of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in addition to being a certified Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate (ACIT) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a member (A.M., IoD) of the Institute of Directors.

Yetunde is a graduate of Business Administration from Ogun state University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University). She began her professional career in July 2000. She has about 15 years’ experience which spans across various sectors; Banking, Aviation and oil and gas logistics and in different capacities
She is an affiliate member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), and an IT professional member of ISACA – previously known as the Information Systems Audit and Control Association; currently pursuing an Executive MBA (Project Management) at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.

Maureen holds a BSc. in Accounting from University of Benin and a MBA from University of Northampton.
She is a business professional with over 11 years’ experience in internal control, audit, tax, accounting and finance from financial services, trading, manufacturing, oil and gas and real estate industries. She is a chartered accountant with proficiency in French language. Maureen is the Financial Controller, TSL Logisitics Ghana.

Chinedu Ibeabuchi Country Operations Manager
Chinedu Ibeabuchi has over 14 years experience in oil and gas industry across West Africa.
His experience cuts across Risk Management, Occupational Health and safety, Petroleum Product handling and storage, Logistics and distribution, aviation fuel storage and aircraft refueling with vast knowledge on Joint Inspection Group (JIG) standard for jet fuel storage/handling and aircraft fueling.
He has an international Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is an alumnus of National Examination Board in Occupational safety and health (NEBOSH), and a graduate member of the Institution of Occupational safety and health (IOSH)
He is also a member of Energy Institute, United Kingdom.
