Fatoki Wale CEO, TSL Logistics
Mr. Wale Fatoki is a graduate of Statistics from the University of Ibadan. Upon graduation, he worked with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (now Exxon Mobil).
In 1997 he joined a thriving merchant bank, MBC International Bank where he was mandated to structure and develop the bank’s Human Resources department.
In August 1999, he joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) with the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the Lagos office Human Resources operations with respect to 13 countries of the region (CEEMEAI – Central & East European countries, Middle East, Africa and India) and global operations.
In May 2006, Mr. Fatoki was appointed the Head, Customer Services and Logistics of Oando Plc. during which he acquired vast management experience and understanding of terminal/depot operations and Supply Chain Management.
He is an alumnus of the Stanford University, Graduate School of Business Executive Education.

Jaiyesimi Adebola Head, Corporate Services
A seasoned Human Resources professional and leader, Adebola is a Masters’ Degree Holder in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, United Kingdom. She is versed in developing Human Resource Strategic initiatives that help drive TSL’s business objectives.
Prior to joining TSL Logistics, she had held senior executive positions in Human Capital Management at Chapel Hill Denham, Fieldco Limited, Keystone Bank and Kimberly Ryan respectively.
She has functioned in various capacities; as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Consultant, Performance management Analyst, Manpower Development Expert and Strategic Recruiter.
Her areas of Expertise include Recruiting, Business Partnering, Performance Management and Manpower Development.

Idris Belo-OsagieChief Strategy Officer
Idris’s expertise includes private equity, corporate finance, deal structuring, corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions.
He is an economist with years of private equity experience in the Nigerian market, a business consulting background from two of the ‘Big 5’ firms (PWC & Deloitte), and previously managed the revenue assurance team at MTN Nigeria, Nigeria’s largest Communications company. He has been involved in structuring, negotiating and managing several multi-million-dollar deals across various industry sectors. Idris holds a BSc Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and an MBA from the Said Business School, University of Oxford. He has also studied Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford.

Ibironke Jimi Head, Energy Trading
Graduate of Banking & Finance from Ogun State University.
Work experience includes working in the Trading/Shipping operations department of these companies: Petroleum brokers Ltd and Aquitane Oil & Gas Ltd.
Presently the Head of Trading Department in TSL Logistics Ltd which involves the trading of refined petroleum products. PMS, DPK, AGO, LPFO etc.
Major activity includes PMS import under the PPPRA PSF scheme and also DPK coastal allocations from PPMC under the Bulk Purchase Agreement.
Orumor Lanye Head, Legal
Lanye was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 2003.
She began her legal profession with a brief stint in the firm of Babalakin & Co., Legal Practitioners; before proceeding to the firm of Ajumogobia & Okeke, Barrister & Solicitors, where she was exposed to a wide range of corporate, commercial and investment legal advisory for major multinational and indigenous companies.
She has garnered over 12 years experience in Corporate/Commercial Law Practice and the Head, Legal, TSL Logistics Limited where she is primarily responsible for Legal Advisory and Company Secretarial Services.
Abiodun Ogunniyi HSSEQ Coordinator
Abiodun Ogunniyi has over 14 years’ experience practicing Occupational Safety and Health in the Nigeria upstream and downstream oil industry.
He has vast experience in Risk Assessment, Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Hazard Identification, Hazard Control Design, Hazard Control Verification, Safety/Health Program Design, Safety/Health Program Evaluation, Safety/Health Communication, Investigation and Statistical Reporting, Safety Training and Education, Environmental Protection, Access Control, Management of Occupational Health and Safety, Developing and Implementing of HSE-MS, Planning and execution of HSE audit/inspections among other skills.
He possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in HSE Management from College of Medicine, University of Lagos and International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety of National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH). He is an alumnus of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH, UK).
He is also a member of the Institute of International Institute of Risk Management (IIRSM) and Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).

Bolanle Esan is a Strategy, Financial and Business Management Professional and with over 12 years’ experience in Infrastructure and Projects, Logistics, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Construction and Real Estate Sector.
Her experience cuts across Strategic Planning & Execution, Organisation Restructuring and Performance Management, Market Research & Business Intelligence, Process Review & Improvement, Strategy & Technology Integration, Financial Analysis & Planning, Business Valuation, and Project Management.

With over 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Femi is vastly knowledgeable in plant and equipment reliability, petroleum product handling involving petroleum terminal and pipeline transport operations.
Femi has acquired training and certifications in ISO 9001:2015/14001:2105, Project Management, Six Sigma Black belt, and Total Quality Management (TQM). He is also affiliated to various professional organizations, among which are Institute of Asset Management, Society of Petroleum Engineers, and American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Michael Imana has over 11 years’ experience in oil and gas industry across West Africa.

Yinka has over 19 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations management. Over the years, he has garnered expertise in terminal operations, petroleum products handling, vessel receipts, oil cargo calculations, host community liaison, negotiations and conflict resolution.
As Terminal Operations Manager (TOM) of the company’s flagship – Port Harcourt Terminal, he is responsible for the efficient running of the terminal’s daily operations thereby guaranteeing clients’ satisfaction and maintaining cordial relationships with the host community and various government agencies.
He is an alumnus of Metropolitan School of Business UK, where he holds an Exec. Masters in Operations Management. He is also a certified Supply Chain Analyst and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional.

Kolajo Adeniyi Chief Country Officer
Niyi is the pioneer Chief Country Officer for TSL Logistics Ghana and is responsible for public relations and the day-to-day management of the business in Ghana. He is also charged with expanding the business into new markets beyond Nigeria and Ghana.
He has a unique view of Oil & Gas supply and logistics across West Africa and has over 14 years work experience spanning various sectors which include Oil & Gas logistics, investment banking and auditing. His core competencies lie in transaction origination, business management, business strategy, project finance and project management.
Niyi holds a bachelor’s degree in the Agricultural Sciences from the University of Ibadan and MBA degree, with majors in Finance from the Birmingham City University, UK where he graduated with a Commendation and was one of the best graduating students in his year.
He is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a part-qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Yetunde is a graduate of Business Administration from Ogun state University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University). She began her professional career in July 2000. She has about 15 years’ experience which spans across various sectors; Banking, Aviation and oil and gas logistics and in different capacities
She is an affiliate member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), and an IT professional member of ISACA – previously known as the Information Systems Audit and Control Association; currently pursuing an Executive MBA (Project Management) at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.

Gbenga is an accountant who started his working career in April of 2000; He has about 15 years of financial experience from different sectors which spans across the public, manufacturing, aviation, logistics and supply chain management.

Chinedu Ibeabuchi has over 14 years experience in oil and gas industry across West Africa.
His experience cuts across Risk Management, Occupational Health and safety, Petroleum Product handling and storage, Logistics and distribution, aviation fuel storage and aircraft refueling with vast knowledge on Joint Inspection Group (JIG) standard for jet fuel storage/handling and aircraft fueling.
He has an international Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is an alumnus of National Examination Board in Occupational safety and health (NEBOSH), and a graduate member of the Institution of Occupational safety and health (IOSH)
