Stay on top of the latest career opportunities at TSL Logistics
Our Graduate Trainee program is a six (6) months development program for young graduates identified from multiple disciplines, who have successfully scaled through our testing, screening and selection exercises.
The six (6) months program consist of induction, soft skills development, field work experience/departmental attachments, classroom and take-home assignments and exercises, project works, several presentations, etc.
Upon completion of the six (6) months Graduate Trainee Program, the successful trainees are offered placements within the company and begin their careers in specific roles as determined by their strengths and attributes demonstrated during the 6 months program.
Our graduate trainees are groomed to take up first-line management and leadership roles in the future.
